The time analysis program for Attorneys and CPA’s.
P & W International Enterprises LLC have used their management skills to produce their Client and Staff Time and Billing system. The program is written to enable a firm to keep track of time spent by employees on the companies’ clients.
Staff enter the time spent on working on a client and details of that work. This information can then be used in many ways, paying the member of staff, billing the client to name just two. When more that one member of staff is working on a clients file it is possible to see who last worked on the file and where that file should be. The possibilities are endless as are the sophisticated management reports that can be produced.
Client files, Word or PDF documents, Excel Spreadsheets and any other type of file and be stored and opened from the system avoiding that hunt for files on your computer or somewhere on your computer network.
There is also a diary that not only records appointments but any event that occurs like when a client drops off paperwork and to which member of staff it was given to. Items entered in the diary relating to a client are automatically listed in that client’s events screen. In addition letters sent out are automatically listed in the diary.
