P & W International Enterprises LLC have developed their Recruitment Manager software especially with the small to medium sized independent recruitment agencies in mind.
We know that every recruitment agency has their own individual way of doing things. Many use a manual system that they are used to and would like to be the basis of anything computerized. We therefore do not say that you have to do it our way but we say we will do it your way.
The Recruitment Manager will hold all the information you will require on your clients and candidates and will enable you to match the two together.
All input screens and all printed output (letter, resume, management reports etc.) are designed to meet your individual requirements.
Interview letters and resume’s can be printed directly off the system or exported to a word processing system for modification there. They can be sent to your printer or sent directly by fax via your fax.
Many entries are placed directly into the diary which can viewed or printed at any stage. Click on an entry in the diary and it will take you directly to the particular client or candidate. The diary only shows entries relating to the person logged into the system.
